This is a nutrition-fitness game in which players can create personalized exercise routines, set up a healthy nutritional plan, and watch live-action videos from a professional trainer. The game also allows players to track their workout progress over time.
My Fitness Coach is a Wii port of the Yourself!Fitness exercise program. Although the port was likely a response to the popularity of Nintendo's Wii Fit, it does not use the Wii Balance Board. In the program, a digital aerobics instructor named Maya leads the player through a series of exercises tailored to the player's current health and fitness levels. During each workout, Maya will ask how the player is doing, and the response is used to determine whether to make the workouts more or less intense. If the player owns an exercise ball, exercise step, hand weights, or a heart rate monitor, Maya can incorporate these into the workouts.
Let's Get Fit offers pre-made workouts as well as the option to create an infinite number of custom workout routines. Players can pick from a wide array of exercises, ranging from soft gymnastics to high-intensity workouts allowing for full-body workouts as well as focusing on specific muscle groups.
