On April 22nd, 2024, Embracer Group announced they are splitting into three different companies after selling Gearbox to Take-Two Entertainment, these are Middle-earth Enterprises & Friends, Asmodee Group, and Coffee Stain & Friends. These changes will take effect in 2025.
